In general, you will need to purchase a ticket to watch the competition. However, up to 2 children under the age of 15 may be admitted free of charge (no seat/no ticket) per ticket holder. If there are three or more children under the age of 15, seats (ticket purchase) will be required for those additional children.
Ticket issuance will start from 4:00 PM on October 11 (Friday). For paper tickets, you can issue them at any Lawson or Ministop store nationwide. For electronic tickets, please download the Lawsons Ticket Electronic Ticket App. After the ticket display start date, tap the information displayed on the app's home screen to view your ticket.
Purchasing a 1-DAY ticket is not necessary. Also, please note that you cannot purchase both a 1-DAY ticket, Front Row seats,Exciting Zone, or Stand Seats for the same event day.

- You will be allowed to use the Item for entry to the Event only on the date indicated on your name tag.
*You are required to wear or bring the Item for your entry.
*If it is difficult to bring all of the Items that you have, please bring the cap of those Items at least. Your entry will not be allowed without it. - We will not issue any written tickets. Please be careful about keeping the Items until the day of the Event.
- We do not accept cancellations or returns of the Item due to customer’s reason after the order is completed.
- Please contact ZOZOTOWN customer support if you find any defects in the Item.
- If we cannot replace the defective Item due to stock-outs or other reasons attributable to us, we will accept the return of it and refund its price.
- You shall not assign any Items to any third parties.
- The color of the Item varies depending on the date of the Event. If you wish to participate on more than one day, please purchase the appropriate Item for each day.
- The name tag comes with a neck strap and belt . Please connect the belt to the neck strap and wear it around your neck when entering the venue of the Event.
- Please enter the venue from each entry gate with the Item (at least the cap of the Item) on the date indicated on your name tag.
- Your entry will not be allowed if you come on wrong date.
- The cap of the Item is required for your entry. If you fail to bring it, you may be denied entry.
- Upon entry, we may ask you to show the purchase history screen for the Item and a photo ID (driver’s license or Individual Number Card) for identity verification.
- Up to two (2) children fifteen (15) years old or younger will be admitted free of charge for each parent or guardian purchasing the ticket. Please present a valid ID to verify their age at the time of entry.
- Children fifteen (15) years old or younger must be accompanied by their parent or guardian for the free admission above.
- Please note that there is a limit to the number of people who can use the limited spectator areas (16H and 18H). Once the number of people in such areas reaches the limit, you will be asked to wait in a standby line. No refunds will be made even if you are unable to use such areas due to the limit on the number of people. Also, please note that the areas are tentative and subject to change.
- If the Event on the date you are scheduled to visit is cancelled due to inclement weather or other reasons, the amount of money other than the price of the item (admission fee + purchaser's privilege fee) will be refunded. Please note that the price of the Item will not refund.

Terms and conditions
- One individual per ticket may enter the venue, only on the date stated on the ticket.
- We will not provide any refund or make any changes for reasons that are attributable to the customer, and we also will not reissue a ticket under any circumstances including theft, loss, destruction, damage, etc.
- No refunds or exchanges will be made to tickets already purchased, even if new ticket types become available without notice after the start of the purchase period.
- Tickets purchased through sales channels other than the official website may be eligible for special benefits. Their contents or conditions may vary depending on the sales channel. Please check with the sellers for those details.
- Resale, transfer, or cash redemption of tickets for a profit is strictly prohibited.
- Please present your ticket if requested to do so by an attendant.
- For identity verification purposes, you may be requested to present ID when entering the venue.
- For safety purposes, please act in accordance with the instructions provided by the attendants. We will not be liable for any accidents that occur due to the failure to follow such instructions.
- For each guardian, up to 2 children who are 15 years of age or younger may enter the venue for free. Please present ID that is valid for age verification when entering the venue.
- For the free entry of children who are 15 years of age or younger, they must be accompanied by their guardian (an adult).
- Please note that, if a player hits even one stroke on the date stated on the ticket, the match for that date will be deemed to have taken place and no refund will be provided for the ticket. Tickets will not carry over to subsequent dates due to suspension or any other reason including the cancellation of the tournament.
- If the tournament is canceled due to bad weather or other circumstances and the ticket price will be refunded, we will make an announcement on the official website. Please check the details of the announcement and request a refund within the refund request period. Please note that we will not be able to provide any refund under any circumstances once the refund request period ends.
- We will provide a refund in exchange for the physical ticket. Please store your ticket in a safe place until the end of the tournament.
- Please note that we will not refund any fees (including but not limited to the payment settlement fees) you may have incurred when purchasing the ticket.
- At the entrance gate, we will perform a bag inspection and security check for all guests using a metal detector gate. Road to ZOZO CHAMPIONSHIP

Thank you for your many applications.
Out of the individuals who purchase a ticket during the Phase 1 ticket sales period and enter the lottery by submitting an entry form, 88 individuals will be selected in the lottery to win the right to participate in a qualifying tournament for the chance to play in the ZOZO CHAMPIONSHIP Official Pro-Am Tournament (“Pro-Am Tournament”)!
Each top participant (two persons in total) based on their respective net scores calculated by New Peoria System in each course will be invited to the [Official] Pro-Am Tournament [of ZOZO CHAMPIONSHIP 2024]!
The Pro-Am Tournament, which will be held on the day before the official tournament (October 23), is a truly premium experience where you will be able to play a round alongside the participating golfers on the same course setting as the official tournament!
In the qualifying tournament, the tee fences and tee markers that will be used on the day of the official tournament will be installed and you will be able to enjoy a round in a special atmosphere that can only be experienced through this campaign.
All participants will receive official tournament items! In addition to the right to participate in the Pro-Am Tournament, there will also be other luxurious prizes.

- Only those who have purchased tickets at the first phase during the period from August 20, 2024 (Tues.), 12:00 p.m. to September 2, 2024 (Mon.), 11:59 a.m. can submit an entry by the designated application form by September 3, 2024 (Tues.), 11:59 p.m.
- Entries may only be submitted by individuals residing in Japan and eighteen (18) years old or more as of September 3, 2024 (Tues.), 11:59 p.m.
- To be eligible for entry, an individual must satisfy both of the conditions below:
①He/she has submitted an entry during the campaign period through the entry form set forth in the email that is received after applying for a ticket.
②He/she has completed the purchase/settlement of the first-come, first-served ticket or has completed the application for a lottery ticket in the sale for ZOZOTOWN members during the period from August 20, 2024 (Tues.), 12:00 p.m to September 2, 2024 (Mon.), 11:59 a.m. -
An individual will not be eligible for the campaign in any of the following cases:

- In early September, we will notify the winners by sending an email to the email address in the [LAWSON TICKETS] membership registration. No notice will be provided to those who are not selected.
- The right to a winning entry cannot be transferred.
- If we reasonably determine that it is inappropriate, all winning entries will be voided.

- The participation fee is JPY 12,000 (including tax). The participation fee is a price that includes the play fee, lunch costs, caddie fee, one coin at the driving range, etc. It does not include the costs of transportation to the venue or accommodation.
- We will send an email regarding how to pay the participation fee.
- We will not provide any refund for reasons that are attributable to the customer.
- If the tournament is canceled due to bad weather or other circumstances, we will notify you by email. You can apply for a ticket using the dedicated form provided in the e-mail sent to you by Lautike upon completion of your ticket application.
The following conditions must be met
Purchase tickets during the campaign period.
The applicant must have entered the prize of his/her choice on the campaign website during the campaign period (*).
*Please note that multiple prize entries are not allowed.
The campaign is not applicable in any of the following cases
(1) Purchase of parking tickets 1 and 2 only
(2) When the Company reasonably determines that it is inappropriate to do so.

Road to ZOZO CHAMPIONSHIP winners are not eligible for this campaign.
Only one winner will be selected per person.
We will not be able to answer any inquiries regarding the lottery method or the winners.
Winners will be notified by email to the email address entered at the time of campaign entry, starting on Monday, October 14, 2024. Unsuccessful applicants will not be notified.
The winning ticket is non-transferable.
The following cases are not eligible for this campaign

Due to the nature of the competition, the players to accompany you and the time of the event will be decided at the last minute. If you are unable to attend the event, your application will not be considered valid.

(3) Invitation to Kids Escorts: 3 for each day (6 in total)
The target dates and times are Saturday, October 26 and Sunday, October 27, 2024.
The following conditions must be met
(1) Those who have children (regardless of gender) from 1st grade to 6th grade.
(2) Your child must be able to attend the event alone.
(3) Residents of Japan
For safety reasons, children are not allowed to attend the event alone. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The organizer will select the escort for the event, so it is not possible to specify the player. Please understand this beforehand.

(4) 1H Commemorative photo at Tee Grounds: 1 person each day (total of 5 people)

(5) Present a pin flag for use in the tournament: 1 winner
Applications are limited to residents of Japan only.
The delivery will be made in December 2024 to the address that you have provided in the special form that will be sent to you when you are notified of your selection.
We do not accept exchanges of pin flags. Please note that we cannot respond to requests regarding the type or condition of pin flags.
(6)ZOZO points back for the ticket price: 10 people
The points will be awarded in mid-October 2024.
If you purchase multiple tickets, only one ticket with the lowest price will be eligible for point rebates.
Points expire 30 days after the date they are awarded.
ZOZO points cannot be used for products that are marked as "not eligible for use or redemption of ZOZO points" on the product page, as well as for shipping and handling charges.
The conditions for the return of points for cancellations or returns of orders using points are as follows
(1) Points will be returned at the same expiration date as when they were earned, as long as the points remain valid.
(2) In the event of cancellation or return due to our company's failure, even if the expiration date of the points has been exceeded, the points will be re-granted within 7 days.

Get a birds-eye view of golf’s elite player’s, their individual warm up routines and unique practice methods before heading to the first tee to start their round.
1st tee grandstand seat
A grandstand where you can hear each players introduction, feel the unique tension and power of the world’s top professionals, and almost taste the pressure that comes with teeing it up on the first tee of a PGA TOUR event. An accurate shot into the narrow fairway of this 405 yard left dog leg par 4 will leave you with a short approach shot into the green.
16th green grandstand seat
A grandstand where you will enjoy ACCORDIA GOLF Narashino Country Club's 183 yard par 3 signature hole. The angle of attack changes depending on the direction of the wind and the pin position. The green also slopes severely from right to left, and if you leave your tee shot too far to the left, it will roll back into the pond. Hitting your tee shot too far right will leave you with an even more difficult approach. A top professional's accurate touch and consistency is an absolute requirement and is worth watching every day on this hole.
18th green grandstand seat
A short par 5 measuring 562 yards with a fairway bunker strategically positioned 310 yards off the tee on the left side of the fairway. If your tee shot finds the left-center of the fairway it sets up nicely for a chance to go for the green in two. However, the green is surrounded by bunkers requiring a well thought-out and precise second shot. On the final day, this is the grandstand where you will see the winning putt of the 2023 ZOZO CHAMPIONSHIP champion.
