Ticket

• One individual per ticket may enter the venue, only on the date stated on the ticket.
• We will not provide any refund or make any changes for reasons that are attributable to the customer, and we also will not reissue a ticket under any circumstances including theft, loss, destruction, damage, etc.
• Resale, transfer, or cash redemption of tickets for a profit is strictly prohibited.
• Please present your ticket if requested to do so by an attendant.
• For identity verification purposes, you may be requested to present ID when entering the venue.
• For safety purposes, please act in accordance with the instructions provided by the attendants. We will not be liable for any accidents that occur due to the failure to follow such instructions.
• For each guardian, up to 2 children who are 15 years of age or younger may enter the venue for free. Please present ID that is valid for age verification when entering the venue.
• For the free entry of children who are 15 years of age or younger, they must be accompanied by their guardian (an adult).
• Please note that, if a player hits even one stroke on the date stated on the ticket, the match for that date will be deemed to have taken place and no refund will be provided for the ticket. Tickets will not carry over to subsequent dates due to suspension or any other reason including the cancellation of the tournament.
• If the tournament is canceled due to bad weather or other circumstances and the ticket price will be refunded, we will make an announcement on the official website. Please check the details of the announcement and request a refund within the refund request period. Please note that we will not be able to provide any refund under any circumstances once the refund request period ends.
• We will provide a refund in exchange for the physical ticket. Please store your ticket in a safe place until the end of the tournament.
• Please note that we will not refund any fees (including but not limited to the payment settlement fees) you may have incurred when purchasing the ticket.
• At the entrance gate, we will perform a bag inspection and security check for all guests using a metal detector gate.
  If you will be bringing in any bag that exceeds regulation size, please come to the venue with time to spare as it may take extra time for you to enter.

Out of the individuals who purchase a ticket during the Phase 1 ticket sales period and enter the lottery by submitting an entry form, 80 individuals will be selected in the lottery to win the right to participate in a qualifying tournament for the chance to play in the ZOZO CHAMPIONSHIP Official Pro-Am Tournament (“Pro-Am Tournament”)!
The top male participant and top female participant based on their respective scores in the qualifying tournament will be invited to the Pro-Am Tournament!
The Pro-Am Tournament, which will be held on the day before the official tournament (October 18), is a truly premium experience where you will be able to play a round alongside the participating golfers on the same course setting as the official tournament!
In the qualifying tournament, the tee fences and tee markers that will be used on the day of the official tournament will be installed and you will be able to enjoy a round in a special atmosphere that can only be experienced through this campaign.
All participants will receive official tournament items! In addition to the right to participate in the Pro-Am Tournament, there will also be other luxurious prizes.

• The entry period is from August 22, 2023 (Tues.), 12:00 to August 29, 2023 (Tues.), 23:59.
• Entries may only be submitted by individuals residing in Japan who will be 18 years of age or older by 23:59 on Tuesday 29 August 2023.
• To be eligible for entry, an individual must satisfy both of the conditions below:
  ①He/she has submitted an entry during the entry period through the entry form set forth in the email that is received after applying for a ticket.
  ②He/she has completed the purchase/settlement of the first-come, first-served ticket or has completed the application for a lottery ticket in the sale for ZOZOTOWN members during the period from August 22, 2023, 12:00 to August 29, 2023, 11:59.
• An individual will not be eligible for the campaign in any of the following cases:
  ①He/she is no longer a ZOZOTOWN member as of September 6, 2023, 0:00.
  ②The email address in the ZOZOTOWN membership registration information and the email address registered when purchasing on eplus are different.
  ③We reasonably determine that it would be inappropriate.
• We will take strict measures if we discover any wrongful acquisition or use.

Date and time: September 18, 2023 (Mon./Public Holiday), 1st pair scheduled to start at 8:15
Participants: 80 persons (lottery)
Fee: JPY 12,000 (including tax) *Includes the play fee, lunch costs, caddie fee, one coin at the driving range, etc.
※The participation fee for Road to ZOZO CHAMPIONSHIP must be paid in advance.
※We will send an email regarding how to pay the participation fee.
※We will not provide any refund for reasons that are attributable to the customer.

• The maximum winning entries will be one per person.
• An individual who is not selected in the ticket lottery sale will not be selected for this campaign either.
• We will not be able to respond to any other inquiries regarding the lottery method or the outcome of the lottery.
• In early September, we will notify the winners by sending an email to the email address in the ZOZOTOWN membership registration. No notice will be provided to those who are not selected.
• The right to a winning entry cannot be transferred.
• If we reasonably determine that it is inappropriate, all winning entries will be voided.
• If it is revealed that one individual has multiple winning entries in this campaign, the redundant winning entries will be voided.

• The participation fee for Road to ZOZO CHAMPIONSHIP must be paid in advance.
• The participation fee is JPY 12,000 (including tax). The participation fee is a price that includes the play fee, lunch costs, caddie fee, one coin at the driving range, etc. It does not include the costs of transportation to the venue or accommodation.
• We will send an email regarding how to pay the participation fee.
• We will not provide any refund for reasons that are attributable to the customer.
• If the event is unavoidably canceled due to bad weather or other circumstances, we will notify you by email the day before the qualifying round. For refunds of participation fee, please check the details and complete the procedures within the refund acceptance period, no later than 31st of October. Please note that we will not be able to respond to any refunds requests under any circumstances once the refund acceptance period has passed. Please also note that even if the event is canceled at our discretion, we will not compensate for anything other than the participation fee under any circumstances.

• We will not be liable for any damages that may be suffered by customers or lottery winners due to a violation of these campaign terms or the rules of this campaign set forth above.
• This campaign may be modified or end without advance notice.
• Please note that the photographs, videos, names, and the like taken or filmed at the Road to ZOZO CHAMPIONSHIP may be posted and broadcast on articles reporting on the tournament and other various media, websites, social media, etc.
