  • What is the total prize money?

    The total prize money is approx. $8.5M (approx. ￥13B*) *150 yen per dollar. For more details about the tournament, please visit the "Tournament Overview".

  • Are there any cut-lines in this tournament?

    There are no cut-lines in this tournament.

  • Is the venue within walking distance from the nearest station?

    The venue is about a 17-minute walk from ”Inzai Makinohara Station” on the Hokuso Line. For details on access to the venue, please check "Access".

  • Will tickets be available for those who live outside Japan?

    Only 1-DAY tickets will be available for overseas residents from September 3rd (Tue) 12:00 to October 27th (Sun) 16:59.

  • When and where will the Tickets be sold?

    We will begin the Second round of ticket sales starting from noon on 9/3 (Tue).

  • Are tickets available for practice round days?

    Tickets will be available for practice rounds on October 22nd (Tue) this year.

  • Are weekly tickets available?

    This year, we are offering bundled tickets in 2-ticket packs and 4-ticket packs. These packs include tickets for three different categories: practice days, Thursday and Friday limited tickets, and Saturday and Sunday limited tickets, respectively.

  • Will same-day tickets be available for purchase at the venue?

    Same-day ticket sales at the venue are not planned. Until the day of the event, you can purchase ZOZO CHAMPIONSHIP tickets, both paper and electronic versions, on the ticket purchase page.

  • What is the advance sale for HMV Premium Members, Lencore Members, and Lawson WEB Members?

    As a condition for purchasing tickets, logging in or registering as a new member on Lawsons Ticket is required. For more details, please check here.

  • Can you reserve a specific seat within the grandstand?

    The number of stands you can enter will depend on your ticket type, but the seats in the stands are unreserved.

  • Where will I receive the souvenirs that come with Front Row tickets?

    It will be given to you at the time of admission.

  • Can I return or exchange merchandise?

    We are unable to exchange any items unless you purchased a defective item.

  • Are tickets purchased outside of official ticket sites considered valid?

    Paper tickets purchased through unofficial channels, such as auction sites, are not valid for entry into the venue.

  • Can I still receive merchandise on a later date if I cannot attend the tournament?

    You will not be given merchandise if you do not attend, even if you have a ticket. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

  • What is required to use a digital ticket?

    The Lawsons Ticket Electronic Ticket App is limited to smartphones.

    Before applying for tickets, please download the app and complete SMS verification. Ensure that you can use the app on your smartphone in advance. If you do not have a smartphone compatible with the Lawsons Ticket Electronic Ticket App, you will not be able to use the electronic ticket even if you purchase it. Additionally, "data-only devices," "phone numbers used for data communication (both domestic and international)," "foreign-made mobile devices," and "foreign phone numbers" are not covered by the operational guarantee.

  • Can digital tickets be purchased from a computer?

    You cannot purchase tickets from a computer. If you wish to purchase tickets from a computer, please select paper tickets.

  • How can I enter with a digital ticket?

    Download the Lawsons Ticket Electronic Ticket App, and once the ticket display start date has passed, tap the information displayed on the app's home screen to view your ticket. For detailed instructions, please check here.

  • Can I still use my digital ticket even if I change my phone?

    You can still use it even if you change your device, but it must be the same phone number. Additionally, if you change devices after the ticket display start date, you will not be able to view the ticket on your own due to system limitations. Please contact this FAQ link for assistance.

  • From what age would tickets need to be purchased to gain access to tournament venue?

    In general, you will need to purchase a ticket to watch the competition. However, up to 2 children under the age of 15 may be admitted free of charge (no seat/no ticket) per ticket holder. If there are three or more children under the age of 15, seats (ticket purchase) will be required for those additional children.

  • I want to attend as a carer of a physically handicapped person. Do I need to purchase a ticket?

    Yes, accompanying persons also need a ticket.

  • I purchased a ticket but I am not able to attend the tournament. Can I get a refund?

    Ticket resale is not supported for this tournament.

  • How can I get a refund if the event is cancelled or postponed due to the organizer's decision?

    The tournament official website will provide information on how to handle refunds when they occur.

  • If I purchase Front Row Seats, Exciting Zone, or Stand Seats, do I need to buy a separate 1-DAY ticket?

    Purchasing a 1-DAY ticket is not necessary. Also, please note that you cannot purchase both a 1-DAY ticket, Front Row seats,Exciting Zone, or Stand Seats for the same event day.

  • How can I use 2-ticket pack / 4-ticket pack ticket?

    2-ticket pack / 4-ticket pack ticket is valid for one person for. one day.
    For example:
    - Using it over multiple days for one person
    - Using it all at once for multiple people on the same day

  • Where can I buy the "Entry Allowed with Item Wear! Premium Item Set"?

  • Is a separate ticket required for entry?

    Additional ticket purchases are not required. You can enter by bringing the item with you.

  • Please give us the instruction of the entry procedure for the day of the event.

    Be sure to wear the item, and enter through either the ZOZO Gate or the Champions Gate just like with a regular ticket.

  • Will there be a live broadcast or live stream of the tournament?

    The tournament will be broadcast on TV Asahi's terrestrial network, BS Asahi, and GOLF NETWORK. GOLF NETWORK PLUS and U-NEXT will provide coverage on its digital platform by broadcasting live and on demand. The TV broadcast schedule will be announced via our website. Please wait for the further information.

  • Where can I find information about the facilities and services at the venue?

    Wheelchair-accessible toilets, nursing space, and diaper changing space are available. Coin lockers and other luggage storage services are not available at the venue, so please keep your luggage to a minimum.

  • Is smoking allowed on-site?

    Smoking is only allowed in the smoking area.

  • Will there be a bag search at the entrance gate?

    At all entrance gates, we conduct baggage inspection and use magnetometers for all attendees.

  • Where can I confirm the cancellation announcement for the event incase of bad weather and etc.,?

  • Can I attend with a guide dog?

    Guide dogs are allowed to accompany visitors and may enter the venue.
